Generally, the total time of the interview ranges from 10 to 30 minutes and the tests can take from half an hour to 2 hours depending on the number and complexity of the tests.

The file must be in the phone's memory, not in apps like OneDrive, Google Drive or others. It must have allowed extensions and be less than 5mb in size, try to get the file from a folder without access restrictions (for example: Downloads). If you can't upload the file, try using a different file manager (e.g. FileCommander, My Files, etc.).
If the application does not allow you to upload the file, it is because one of these variables is not met. If you are unable to do so, try to perform the process from a desktop or laptop PC.
